There is no way in hell I'm doing a WOD with SDHP in it tomorrow...might do the one I missed Friday. I had a blast with you guys today! Thanks again!!!

I'm not doing it either Ashley!!! I just did it this past week and I was sore for days. Guess it's alt for me! :) see everyone tomorrow!
