WOD from scenic FT Bragg: 4 rds of 400m run and burpees. I picked today's WOD...I think I will be paying for it in squats tomorrow! School is going well for both of us, hope all's well at the gym, working out else where is just not the same!

Finally got a workout in. An extremely modified version of the CFFB workout Rick was doing.

12 mins

5- 65# SJ
7- Push ups *had to do off bench
9- 22# GM

4 rounds +5+7

I thought that was going to be easy, but it was hard and my arms are swollen. I just can't do push ups anymore on the floor it REALLY hurts my elbows.
