I'm sure my squat cleans were ugly but here it is...

75# squat cleans, sit-ups with a towel..gotta get an ab mat...

I was thinking that about GHD...so it was a good thing that Collin was sick this morning and I had to "settle" for regular sit-ups:) I still probably won't be ale to roll over tomrrow!

Ugh, not going to make it in today. Today just has sucked all around and I have too many obligations to juggle this afternoon...but, I'll be there tomorrow! Looking forward to it!
