Did I only do sets???
I was lame tonight and didn't come in...starting to feel sick again and I did a hard workout this morning (1 mile warm up run + 150 burpees for time)...and yes, I have a million other excuses. I'll see you all tomorrow!
Thanks Tammy, and yes I guess you only did 6. Good job though. I think I'm going to take a rest day I have a headache and tired.
