Did todays WOD (the 400M and burpees)23:42 i dig that one, i kept motivated by pretending Oak was running after me with a 20lb vest on! I am not sure if we will make it back for the FGB... Tun and I will do the WOD regaurdless of location, and she will probaly beat me ;-)
