Worked out at Forged Fit (CrossFit Indianapolis) today!
Run 800m, 21 x 65# Shoulder Press, run 800m, 21 x 65# Push Press, run 800m, 21 x 65# Push Jerk in 17:28.
My arms are on fire.
Isabel scaled to 100lbs

5 x 10 x hpc&j 100lbs (accidentally cracked my nose with the bar coming down out of a jerk, nearly broke the stupid thing...)
Today I went on a 45-50 hike.
Sounds like a good workout Ashley.
On that hike it was mins not miles hahaha.
