Well, as much fun as the alternate workout looks like today...I think Kevin and I are going to do the 5K in our neighborhood. See you after the rest day!

5K, didn't time - 1.5mi out, intervals back sprinting 3 resting 2 light poles.

The ALT really tore up my hands Ripped open a callus on one hand and 2 blisters on the other.
