Did WOD from Fri: Hang Power Clean & Jerk: 40,50,60,70,80,90(f pj),90,95,97(pr) The HPC felt good so I kept going and got a 15 lb pr at 105!!!

Well it's time for me to move onto the CF for pregnant women since I hit the 3 month mark. I didn't feel like the workout would be enough so I added a modified Diane to the end.

* I did as many K2E as I could and then onto knee ups. I also have stopped timing my workouts I don't think my ego can handle it. That was actually a really good workout.
