Missed the whole L thing on the rope climbs. Started wondering what was up when I beat Speal on a WOD by 4 min. Climbs were done no legs, rest as rx'd.

1:45 min run. forgot Garmin at home so I don't know the distance. kind of refreshing not watching my pace the whole time. i can tell i'm getting better at the hills, which is something i always need improvement on.

I'm back and weak. :-( I did Cindy instead of the main WOD. I've got a APFT in a couple weeks and I need to work on my PHUs. Nine rounds and five pullups in 20:00.

Tun that workout always keeps me sore for days. I'm actually glad I'm not allowed to use the GHD for awhile hahaha.
