took today off, yesterday did a 5 mile mountain bike on the most difficult and technical trail I've ever ridden. It kicked my ass. I'm kinda shifting gears getting ready to do an 8 mile trail run in the Uhwarrie in March and the Uhwarrie Xterra Triathalon in May. ho;efully I don't lose alot of the strength I built over the wintet in the process.
