In from the day at the cert this sinus cold is kicking my butt now I also have an earache. So needless to say not quite as enjoyable as it should be. We worked on the lifts with no weight and then did a WOD in teams. Which was 5 members break up how you wanted, but everyone had to run. ( I skipped the run part because of the pounding headache and not being able to breathe)
