Hand are thrashed from pull-ups yesterday. I'm sure it affected me mentally. ;-) Used the bumper kg weights in the gym, so weight totals are odd.

Hell yeah, 420! PR for me by 25lbs. I was so stoked to finally break 400 that I decided to go for broke. Guess I should do my next CFT after another no-sleep night of Rum&Cokes.
