Tabata something else:

pu: 14,8,6,5,4,5,4,4=50
pu: 23,14,9,7,7,5,6,6=77
su: 13,13,12,13,11,11,11,11=95
sq: 15,15,16,16,16,16,16,17=125
total=347

A bit lower than my last one back in Jun '06, so I'll blame the altitude. The gymboss timer rocked. As long as you have a pen and paper handy, it does a great job of letting you know the proper intervals for work and rest, so you could do just about any tabata wod solo.

Tabata

PU: 31
PU: 58
SU: 94
SU: 106
total=289

* Way off my pr......only thing I increased was push ups by 13 all the other went down. However, before I did assisted pull ups. Today my pull-ups were pathetic I felt like I had no strength. I really need to stop working out at 10 pm!

And I second Rick that gymboss is great I could have never done this WOD on my own without it.
