Weighted Pull-ups 1-1-1-1-1-1-1-1-1-1 reps

Post loads and bodyweight to comments.

just checking in, I took some time off after my "interview" and have started a powerlifting program until about mid Sep. I felt I needed to gain back some size and strength. I'll be back on the Crossfit then, hopefully I don't lose to much on the metcons

I decided to do 7 kips each round even if I had to drop because if not I wouldnt get much work on my kipping. Some I wasn't making it over the bar at the end but I think I will improve faster this way than doing jumping. I was only expecting 4 or 5 rounds so I was happy.
