For time:
1 mile Run
100 Pull-ups
200 Push-ups
300 Squats
1 mile Run
Partition the pull-ups, push-ups, and squats as needed. Start and finish with a mile run. If you've got a twenty pound vest or body armor, wear it.

I did Helen I don't think my elbows could handle 100 pull-ups just yet.

Off my pr by over 2 mins, but this was my first time doing all kipping pull ups I am still working on the kip some I couldn't get over the bar. I'll get it eventually.....
