I was just too exhausted from non stop family visiting for the last 3 weeks and staying up too late. So I decided to work on my SP and avoid the cardio for today.

* not too bad since my one rep max is 67 and I've only been able to do that once it's usually 65. And I got some use out of our fractional plates :)

ROM sucked on hspu, but was able to keep my body relatively straight, so I guess that was something. All sets broken.
