Time: 36:34, ouch! Pull-ups were the limiting factor today. Ripped open callus on last set. HSPU ROM still sucks but is getting better.

I knew I couldn't handle 150 kipping pull-ups so did 75 by the end they were very ugly. (hands a mess) Slowly but surely....
