Couldn't log on earlier, some issues with google.I did the shoulder press but had issues with my right shoulder.140 x 4140 x 4135 x 5135 x 5140 x 4I think I'll try to incorporate some shoulder rehab exercises and hit this same weight next time.
SP: 55-55-55(4)-55(3)-50-50* did an extra set with 50 also did some GHD sit ups.
