today was our first installment of Friday Crossfit Challenge - a team WOD every other friday.
Today we picked Tabata something else.
Personal stats were:
Pullup: 52
Pushup: 86
Situps: 78
Squats: 105
I placed third overall, though the #2 guy's pullups and squats were lacking, but I could only observe 3 teams at once.
My team wasn't as good, but that's because my teammate was inaugurated into crossfit this morning...
