Did some rehab work with Daric.
5 rounds of:
Power cleans: 6 x 145#
deadhang pu x 6
Box jumps: 12" and 24", back and forth,10 each box
Incline db press x 10 (40, 45, 50, 55, 60 lbs)

Not for time but took around 16 minutes of steady moving.
