* I am so happy I finally got 120# on the bench press! I have been chasing my BW it was 112 when I started and now its anywhere between 117-120. So I can finally say I got BW bench. Around thanksgiving I failed at 90# and was determined to get BW so I have been slowly making gains and it has paid off. (thanks to the fractional plates)
