Right shoulder was tweaky and weak today. Poundage reflects. Decided to stay light and try and work on technique for PJ. I think my lack of shoulder flexibility compounds my poor technique issues.

My knees still aren't back in the game, and it was really hampering my pj, otherwise I think I could have gotten 150+
