Weighted pull-ups 1-1-1-1-1-1-1 reps

1 mile Run
100 Pull-ups
200 Push-ups
300 Squats
1 mile Run

Partition the pull-ups, push-ups, and squats as needed. Start and finish with a mile run. If you?ve got a twenty pound vest or body armor, wear it.

cleared the 115 and had more but felt sharp pain in lat and quit for the day.

I guess I am doing too much extra stuff my shoulders are toast. I tried to do the pull up ladder and it didn't go very well I couldn't even get 15# and my pr is 26# so I decided to just stop that for the day and do something else.
