With a continuously running clock do one pull-up the first minute, two pull-ups the second minute, three pull-ups the third minute... continuing as long as you are able.
Use as many sets each minute as needed.

Well he comes by it naturally Tim! What about your daughter is she still doing CF? Gavin loves it and yet I can rarely get Julia to workout. She get discouraged cause Gavin always beats her. I'm going to see if she'll go for doing it on her own without him around.
