Taking today off as I'm still beat down and sick from whatever bug I caught. Hopefully I'm over it by the time the next WOD comes up.
I am still feeling really horrible so I decided to go low on the weights and go for slow and steady.
DL 95, BP 45, PC 45

* It's funny I was going back and looking at my older Linda times and in Jan 06 I used these same weights and it took me 10 mins longer and I wasn't sick.
