I just got home, and I am exhausted. I'm sure I'll see some of you guys tomorrow!
time 8:20. I was chasing David's time and burned through first 4 sets in 3 minutes, then hit the wall and had to break all sets in 1/2. Still happy given the long break and a runny nose.
Warm Up3xs 5 pull up, 10 push up, 15 OHS* I tried to do the work out I only made it 2 rounds my head was pounding and nose was running. So I did 5x5 SP 50#
