Hey all, sorry for the long absence. I guess I was overcome by events. Coaching football took over life here. Connor's team won the league championship and he was a real impact player. He is now training hard for next year. I managed to finally DL 400 a couple of weeks ago and have my bench back to 325. Now that football is over I'm going to try to get back in the habit of posting. I'll also post any major achievements by Connor as he has already done a half Cindy any managed 10 rounds in 10 min.

Bench Press
I started out doing 75 3x7 but after 3 sets I decided to drop to singles and find my max since I haven't been working on the bench for awhile.

75(3)-75(3)-75(3)-80-85-90(f)-87-90-92-95(f)

* Kinda disappointed my old max was 95 I was hoping for higher today. I will test it again in a month and see if any increases.
