filthy fifty: had to sub 35# db swings, 45# good mornings and 12# wallball. i was totally sucking and blame the altitude. finished good mornings (7th exercise) in 17:30, so it took another 16:00 to do the last 3 exercises, most of that on the burpees. i'm a slacker!
