Sooo this morning I wake up and look online and think that the latest pain storm looks fun!
20-19-18-17-16-15-14-13-12-11-10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1 reps of the triplet:
Deadlift: body weight
Push up
Dumbbell Clean: 1/2 body weight
Well I start and finish up round 18 look at my watch was about 20 mins and I was dying....so I said the heck with this and stopped. Well tonight Oak comes by and I tell him about it and he thinks it also sounds like a fun idea. So he's getting ready and I decide ok let me finish this workout. I drop the DL to 95# and do the cleans with the bar instead of DB.....I was dying the whole time and it took me over 50 mins and when I hit round 7 I had to drop the DL to 75# my back was killing me. (Oak said I degraded to stiff legged dl by then end) However, I was happy that I did much better on push ups than I expected. So In total took me about 1 hour 10 mins give or take. I think I will stick with the regular workouts from now on!
