Pull-ups / deadlift. Taped up hands, which helped a lot and kept current torn calluses from getting any worse.

Well I have a sinus headache and the thought of 150 jumping pull-ups was not very appealing. So I made up a workout that way I didn't feel like a wimp for doing nothing.
