Five rounds for time of:
45 pound barbell Overhead walking lunges, 50 feet
21 Burpees

Let trailing knee gently kiss the ground on each lunge.

Pull up ladder 8+8

6 rounds for time:
12 Barbell Walking Lunges @ 40% of 1 RM Squat (6 each side)
Sprint 200 meters

Just the 45# bar and all I have to say is OUCH!!!
I didn't start the timer till after the first round it was aprox 15 min
