Rest Day

or

With a continuously running clock do one pull-up the first minute, two pull-ups the second minute, three pull-ups the third minute... continuing as long as you are able.

Use as many sets each minute as needed.

Complete 5 rounds for time of:
5 Power Cleans @ 75% of 1 RM
1/2 Gasser Farmers Walk - heavy dbs/kbs
*search out the heaviest dbs/kbs you can find and walk 53 yards out and 53 yards back for a complete 1/2 Gasser.
