With a continuously running clock do one 135 pound Clean and Jerk the first minute, two 135 pound Clean and Jerks the second minute, three 135 pound Clean and Jerks the third minute... continuing as long as you are able.

Use as many sets each minute as needed.

Did the ladder with HPCJ 85# 5 rounds I still had the full 6th min but I stopped. Because I failed 2xs on the last round so figured I went a little too heavy for being over 7 months pregnant.

I thought I was doing it with 85# but Dymphna burst my bubble around round 3 letting me know it was only 80# :(

Did a 5x5 of deadlift afterwards and a couple singles to try to redeem myself a little
