I sneezed today and almost cried.....my abs are that sore. My tummy hurts so badly I almost don't notice how horrible my hamstrings feel!

And Jen, if it makes you feel better, my kid screamed in the car the entire way home and for 20 minutes after we arrived home......ahhhhh toddlers....
