Gym just cleared and I'm too tired to workout now. So I'll just call my 45 min hike my WOD.

i hyped up this workout too much, went too low on weight 65lbs, should have done 75 or 85.......nice work Ashley on your numbers today, again im jealous.

Thanks, Nat! That workout nearly killed me with 115#. My legs are still all twitchy this morning...it's going to be a long day. At least there is a primarily upper body WOD this evening...
