I'll probably be a day behind on all of these, but oh well.

I was trying to help someone else with this workout, but they gave up.
So, I did 30 hang squat cleans, 95lbs - 4:58
Still trying to find a good place to do full WODs, as the gyms here aren't set up very well to do CF.
