Decided to do "Randy light" (75 power snatches)

1 x 75 x 45# 3:53
1 x 75 x 50# 4:32

Took a short break every 25 reps, but other than that tried to keep a nice steady pace. Oak is definitely a stud for pulling a 4:14 with 75#!

Had planned to do three sets but forearms were toast after two.
