Today was DL 5x5. Hit the wall!
1 x 5 x 362# (160kg + 10#)
1 x 4 x 362#
3 x 3 x 362#
That was tough. I'll add 5# next time and stick with 5 sets of 3 reps. Hopefully I'll be able to make a little more progress, then check my 1RM.

I was too tired from lack of sleep and mowing the lawn to deal with Cindy today.
However, I didn't want to be a total slacker so I did 4 sets of 25 of sit ups and push ups.
