Did the "hopper" WOD and used a 20 minute time limit. Subbed 1k elliptical for the row.
3rds + 25 pullups + 4 push jerks
Sean: 18:34 as rx'd.
Royale: 22:48 w/ 85lb. PJ/jumping pullups.
I did the ALT workout so I could get extra meters on the rower and work on my bench.
