Making good progress so decided to continue on with my 5x5's until I hit the wall.
Back squat: 5 x 5 x 290# a2a. Very tough!

Sean: I did a workout of my own concoction- 3x(10 burpees, 20 situps, 30 1.5pd swings, 40 20lb. wallballs, 500m row, 1 min. rest)- 33:30 and damn near killed me. I had planned on 5 rounds, but by round 2 that was out of the question.
