95 pound Snatch, 3 reps
95 pound Overhead squat, 15 reps
Run 400 meters

or

"Grace"

135 pound Clean and Jerk, 30 reps

Use 95 pounds, 65 pounds or broomstick as needed and post time and load to comments.

I didn't want to do a timed workout incase the baby woke up. As you can see my pull ups are sucking!! WTH my hands are so wimpy I think its going to take awhile to get back up to par. So Jen I don't think you have to worry about me surpassing you on the kips anytime soon.
