50 Push ups broken up into sets of 5. We were in the hotel gym so I played around with some of the machines. And also did some SP with dumbbells. I got up to 300# on the leg press hahaha. The funny thing is even at light weight it was straining my knees, and yet people claim squatting bellow parallel is bad for your knees.

We also walked quite a bit today.

Did alt but time was pretty slow since I had a certain toddler trying to climb on my back during pushups, pushing ball around that I use for squats, and stealing abmat even after getting her one to use...:)
