ok i had to post just cause Ashley put me to real shame on this one.
I did it as RX'd in about 35 min
Its my first itme doing the glute hams cause ive always been afraid of them and i was dreaming about it all night so this morning i asked D to hold me incase i fall but i finally got the guts to do it, next time ill try to do it in 10 minutes lol how you like me now Ashley..lol
Did a Tabata Mashup with 65# PP and 95# DL with 41 and 54 reps respectively.
