HCJ: 55,65,75,85,95,105(f),100(f)BS: x3 55,65,75,85 *BS wasn't working out so well I got really light headed and felt sick so I just stopped. And I'm starting to get hesitant on the cleans and coming out way too much worried about my belly. So guess it's time to give them up for awhile.
