Did a workout up at Forged Fit/CrossFit Indianapolis: 1 rep max snatch and 1 rep max squat clean and jerk...I think I did pretty well considering I haven't really snatched before. 100# on snatch and 125# on squat clean and jerk. Both are PRs! See you guys next week!

Full snatch...I had to ditch a couple times on 100#, but I got it on my third try. Snatches are brutal!
