1 1/2 pood Kettlebell X 21 swings (or 55 pound dumbbell swing)
12 Pull-ups

Used 55 lbs for deadlift, and am still doing modified push ups. Did it in 19:10. Stepping things up when I'm back from my trip... time to get to full push ups and increase my weights!

I was ok with the deadlifts, but the push-ups killed me.
