Complete as many rounds in 20 minutes as you can of:
Run 400m
40 Wallball shots, 20 pound ball

Post rounds and fractions of rounds completed to comments.

or

Overhead squat 1-1-1-1-1 reps
Front squat 1-1-1-1-1 reps
Back squat 1-1-1-1-1 reps

Try to increase the load on each of the fifteen sets.

Yepp it sure did suck...but I think I did pretty good..I wish my allgeries were not this bad..I could have done so much better!

3 rounds plus 400m using 14lb ball...I was sucking big time...
